- Represents businesses in all aspects of employment law specialising in discrimination law.
- Member of the Leeds Law Society, Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) and Yorkshire and Humber Tribunal Users Group.
- Undertakes Pro Bono Work within the ELA: 100 days initiative and Leeds Community Enterprise (ELSIE for short).
