Due to the high demand for our services we seek employment law consultants to add to our growing team. Our clients are UK employers and are provided with expert advice on all aspects of employment law and related legislation. The client base ranges from small enterprises to large multinational companies.
As part of our development program we will be moving to brand new office premises within the same location to assist with the continued success of the company.
The role will entail providing email and telephone advice on employment issues to our clients and drafting statements of main terms and conditions on behalf of employers and related documentation. The role will primarily be based in our offices in Ripponden but will also involve visiting clients at their premises, for which generous mileage allowance will be paid.
This is a full time position however flexible working hours can be arranged in accordance with the needs of the candidate and also of the business.
The candidate must be experienced in employment law and experience with related employment tribunal issues would be an advantage. There is no requirement to have appeared as an advocate in employment tribunals but any experience in this field would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be a self motivated, team player with good inter personal skills and will be required to develop relationships directly with our clients in order to aid client retention.

The role will primarily entail making outbound calls to promote the services of Elcons Employment law consultants. We have an extensive database which will provide you with all relevant contact details. There is also an element of administration involved such as preparation of quotations and following up on appointments. This is a full time position however flexible working hours can be arranged to suit the candidate.
The successful candidate will be a self motivated, team player with good inter personal skills. You will have an excellent telephone manner and will be computer literate.
